What is Return & RTO Management?

Managing returns is an important part of eCommerce. TEDICART handles returned and undelivered shipments so you can focus on sales while we manage the operational process.

Return

A product is delivered to the customer and later returned due to reasons such as damage, wrong item, or a change of mind (subject to marketplace policy).

Return to Origin (RTO)

The shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to the warehouse due to reasons like:

  • Customer unavailable
  • Incorrect address
  • Order refused
  • Delivery attempts exhausted
  • Delivery cancelled
