TEDICART Return & Refund Policy

At TEDICART, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return if:

  • The item is damaged during delivery.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

  • The product is defective or non-functional.

  • The product has missing parts or accessories.

  • The product significantly differs from its description.


2. Return Request Window

Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

Some products may have different return periods depending on the manufacturer or marketplace.


3. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective:

  • Personal care products

  • Cosmetics and beauty items

  • Innerwear and intimate products

  • Food & edible products

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Gift cards


4. Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.

  • Include all original tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging.

  • Be securely packed to avoid transit damage.

Returns may be rejected if the product is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or missing accessories.


5. Refund Policy

After the returned item passes quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI after verification.


6. Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded if:

  • Stock is available.

  • The customer prefers a replacement.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


7. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled without any charges before they are shipped.

After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Customers may request a return after delivery if eligible under this policy.


8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged product

  • Manufacturing defect

TEDICART will arrange the return pickup whenever available.

For returns due to customer preference or incorrect ordering, return shipping charges may apply.


9. Failed Delivery

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Order refused without valid reason

may be subject to re-shipping charges.


10. Quality Inspection

All returned products undergo inspection before refunds or replacements are approved.

TEDICART reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
