  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

We continuously expand our delivery network to serve more locations.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Tier 2 Cities 3–6 Business Days
Tier 3 & Rural Areas 4–8 Business Days
Remote Locations 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather, or local conditions.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions

  • Delivery location

  • Courier partner rates

  • Promotional offers (if applicable)

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipment confirmation

  • Tracking ID (AWB Number)

  • Courier partner details

You can track your shipment using the provided tracking information.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Phone unreachable

  • Order refused without valid reason

the shipment may be returned to TEDICART.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name

  • Mobile number

  • Complete delivery address

  • PIN code

TEDICART is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears:

  • Opened

  • Damaged

  • Tampered

  • Leaking

  • Do not accept the package if possible.

  • Take clear photos of the package.

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.


9. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier operational issues

  • Remote delivery locations

TEDICART is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


10. Lost Shipments

If your shipment is lost during transit:

  • Our team will investigate the issue with the courier partner.

  • If confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


11. Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on:

  • Warehouse availability

  • Product location

  • Supplier inventory

You will receive tracking details for each shipment, where applicable.


12. International Shipping

Currently, TEDICART ships only within India.

For bulk export or international sourcing inquiries, please contact our sales team.


13. Dropshipping Orders

For products fulfilled through TEDICART's dropshipping network:

  • Products are shipped directly from our warehouse or verified supplier network.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination.

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
